Shake and Bake Pork Chops
Ingredients:
four ¾-inch bone-in pork chops
1½ cups panko
5 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons grated parmesan
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
¾ teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients excluding the pork chops into a large resealable plastic bag. Coat the pork chops with water. One at a time, place the pork chops in the bag and shake well to coat. Press the mixture firmly into the pork chops.

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 tablespoons ginger, minced
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 green onions, chopped
2 teaspoons sesame oil

juice of 2 medium-sized lemons
¼ cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive or sesame oil

Ingredients:
6 thin, center-cut pork chops
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
juice of ½ lemon
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl then pour over the pork chops in a baking pan.
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Thai Pork Chops
Ingredients:
6 thin, center-cut pork chops
¼ cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons brown sugar
juice of 1 lime
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
