Mix all ingredients together, place the salmon in a pan, then brush the sauce over the salmon.

Soy Sauce Baked Salmon
Ingredients:
4 salmon filets
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil

Miso Cod
Ingredients:
4 skinless cod filets
¼ cup mirin
¼ cup white miso paste
¼ cup sugar
Directions:
In a small saucepan, combine the mirin, miso, and sugar. Whisking constantly, cook over medium heat, and wait until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat, and let it cool completely.
Heat broiler, with the rack 6 inches from the heat. Coat a baking sheet with oil. Place the fish on the baking sheet and brush liberally with the miso mixture. Broil until the fillets are browned on the op and opaque in the center,
about 6-8 minutes. If tops brown before the fish is cooked through, cover loosely with aluminum foil.
