About
                This is a compilation of easy-to-follow recipes that 
                    is useful for anyone seeking to make a simple meal. During the pandemic, 
                    I spent more time cooking: adapting new recipes and learning from my mom. 
                    This website started as a way to document what I learned during this time,
                    and now it continues to serve as a resource for me to document my cooking 
                    experiences for future use. I hope this website also serves as a 
                    valuable resource for others who are looking for a quick, simple, and

                        Roasted Cauliflower
                        Ingredients:
                        
                            - 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-size florets
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons cayenne
- 2 tablespoons thyme
Directions:
                        
                            - Toss the ingredients together in a bowl or pan.
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
- Roast the cauliflower in a pan for about 15 minutes, or until golden and soft.
 
                    
                        Beef Stew with Carrot and Potato
                        Ingredients:
                        
                            -  2 lbs beef flank, cut into 2½-inch pieces
- ½ jar Korean short ribs sauce
- 5 medium-sized carrots, peeled and sliced into 1½-inch pieces
- 3 potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1½ pounds tomatoes

                            - Fill a pot with cold water, and add the beef. Place over high heat, bring to a boil, and
                                cook the beef for 1 minute to remove any impurities...

                        Stir-Fried Tomato and Eggs
                        Ingredients:
                        
                            - 6 eggs
- 1 pound of tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon rice wine
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 3 scallions, sliced
- 1 teaspoons ginger, minced
- ½ teaspoon sesame oil

                        Roasted Broccolini
                        Ingredients:
                        
                            - 1 bunch broccolini, cut into bite-size stalks
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
                        
                            - Lay the stalks of broccolini out in a pan.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the broccolini, then sprinkle the garlic salt and pepper over
                                the broccolini.
- Preheat the oven to 370ºF.
- Roast the broccolini in a pan for about 15 minutes, or until crispy.
 
                    
                        Cumin Tomato Chicken
                        Ingredients:
                        
                            - 10 chicken drumsticks
- 4 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 teaspoon whole cumin seeds 
- 2 teaspoons chili flakes 
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons ginger, grated
- 6 garlic cloves, halved
- 2 pounds halved tomatoes
- 2 cinnamon sticks

                        Lemon Curd
                        Ingredients:
                        
                            - zest and juice of 2 lemons
- 3 eggs, whipped
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter
- ¾ cup sugar
Directions:
                        
                            - Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Place the bowl over a pan of boiling water and stir the ingredients until the mixture is
                                smooth
                                and thick.
- Pour the mixture into clean warm jars then store in the refrigerator.
